Once we’re clear on your home-buying goals, I’ll connect you with a trusted local lender who will help you secure pre-approval and outline your financing options.

3. Tour Homes!

Time to start exploring! I’ll help you find homes that meet your criteria, and together we’ll schedule showings to find the one that feels like the one.

4. Write an Offer

When you find your dream home, I’ll guide you through crafting a strong offer to put you in the best position to negotiate with the seller.

5. Inspections & Appraisal

Once your offer is accepted, it’s time to get the home inspected. I’ll help you navigate the inspection process and negotiate any repairs or adjustments needed. An appraisal is done to ensure the home is of good value and that we aren't overpaying for it!

6. Closing!!

We’re almost there! I’ll work closely with you through the closing process to ensure everything is in order, so you can sign the papers and officially make your new home yours!

We’ll meet to discuss your home, pricing strategy, and the best approach to get it ready to hit the market. Together, we’ll create a personalized plan that makes your property stand out.

2. Media Day

It’s time to show off your home! On Media Day, we’ll capture stunning photos, videos, and other marketing materials that highlight your home’s best features to make a great first impression.

3. Begin Showings!

Your home is now on the market! I will schedule showings, host open houses, and ensure your listing is getting the attention it deserves.

4. Review Offers & Go Under Contract

Once offers start rolling in, I’ll help you review each one, negotiate, and secure the best deal. Once we accept an offer, we are under contract!

5. Inspections & Appraisal

After the contract is signed, it’s time for inspections. I’ll guide you through any necessary repairs or negotiations to keep things moving smoothly. An appraisal is done to ensure the home is of good value and that we aren't overpaying for it!

6. Closing!!

We’re almost there! At closing, we’ll finalize all the paperwork, and you’ll officially hand over the keys to the new owner.

What is earnest money?

Earnest money is a good faith deposit made by a buyer to demonstrate their serious intent to purchase a property. It shows the seller that the buyer is committed to the transaction. It helps protect the seller in case the buyer backs out of the deal due to a reason that isn’t covered in the sales contract.

What are closing costs?

Closing costs are fees associated with finalizing a real estate transaction, including loan origination fees, appraisal fees, title insurance, and attorney fees. This does not include your down payment! I will be able to provide an estimated closing cost sheet prior to making an offer on a property. 

What is a home inspection?

A home inspection is a thorough evaluation of a property’s condition. Although it isn’t a requirement, I highly recommended getting an inspection done to identify any issues before finalizing the purchase.
